This document (the “Agreement”) forges a legal bond between you (our valued client) and Clean Life Balance (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you gain insider knowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement, which are regularly updated. Not aligning with these terms could lead to legal consequences, but we're here to help guide you through them.

III. Service Price Adjustment Right

We reserve the right to modify service prices in extraordinary circumstances like mold or water damage. Trust us to provide reliability you can count on, even in the toughest situations.

IV. Your Continued Trust in Us

V. Our Role: The Ultimate Connector

We're here to connect you with third-party cleaning service providers. While we ensure these providers meet our high standards, your personal safety and property care are paramount. Exercise caution like you would in any new interaction.

VI. Your Promises to Us

By using our services, you confirm you're over 18 and legally allowed to enter this agreement. You promise to use our services responsibly and legally. Your account is your responsibility – keep it secure and use it wisely.

VII. Software and Service Usage

Your use of our software and services should be legal, respectful, and not disruptive. We trust you to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes and to respect our intellectual property.

VIII. Referral Policy: Respect Our Talent

If you hire one of our cleaners independently, a one-time referral fee of $3,000 is applicable. This supports our effort to provide you with the best talent.

IX. Payment Terms: Fair and Transparent

Fees for our services are due immediately after your cleaning session. We're here to discuss refunds or billing questions – just reach out!

X. Intellectual Property: Our Creative Core

All rights to our software and services are ours (and our licensors). Your feedback helps us improve, but we retain rights to your suggestions.

XI. Changes and Termination: Adapting for Excellence

We may change or terminate our services, always aiming for what's best for our clients. We'll do our best to notify you beforehand.

Terms & Conditions of Service

By booking our service, I agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.


I. Booking and Pricing: Tailored to Your Space

- Cleaning time is based on the size and condition of your home, as you provide.

- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for extra costs or additional services with your prior approval.

- Only the booked package is guaranteed on the cleaning day. Upgrades are subject to availability and your agreement.

- A cancellation fee applies if an upgrade is not accepted (50% of booked service, minimum $70).

II. Cancellation Policy: Understanding Life's Unpredictability

- A $70 fee applies for cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled cleaning.

- Same-day cancellations incur a 50% fee of the cleaning amount.

- A non-refundable $70 fee applies for issues related to insects/rodents, hoarding, or unmet conditions.

III. Property Inspection and Claims: Your Assurance of Quality

- Inspect our work during the service or within 24 hours post-service.

- Claims made after our staff leaves

-With documentation (pictures), refunds, credits, or additional services will be eligible before a re-clean.
